You're welcome. The sound. It's perfect for a movie.
About your formatting. Notice how your views on Youtube and here are out of whack? I did, so I looked into it.
Rather than sharing the link as you have it, embed the video instead. I think the easiest way is to simply right click directly on your video while in Youtube. You're given a menu. Select "copy embed code" and paste that entire mess into the editor here. That should give you a more accurate count.
You're the best! I was wondering about that; it wasn't overly bothering me, but it did feel a little like a waste. Thanks - I will definitely try that out next time!
With enough views on Youtube, over time, that potential ad revenue might come in handy. I guess I'm one of those people. If I see a quarter on the ground, sure, I'll pick it up. If I see a fiver fall out of someones pocket, sure, I'll let them know.
Awesome. Because the ones I use for Steemit aren't usually set to public, I don't think they are monetized, or if they are, only minimally. I made about $1.37 CAD last month on monetization lol.
But.. every penny can start adding up :). Trying to figure it out now for my next post!
It does add up. I see you tried it out. I hope it works as intended. Also, to extend your shelf life(Steemit, in general, has a really short attention span. Not the people, the platform), try Stumbleupon. People will "stumble upon" your content for years to come.
If you ever want to see how another member here is formatting, simply replace the 'it' in Steemit with a 'd'.
Stumbleupon is a blog where you simply share links. If you're the first to "like" something you find on the internet, that page goes into their database. Other people press their little Stumble button(It's just like channel surfing the internet) and see what you've added. If it's a link to your work, then it's your work they see! You have to actually use the service though. If you only add links and never stumble along and "like" other links, their BOT assumes you're just a spammer.
It's still slow going. You must slowly build a following there. The more followers who come along, the better chance of your work being seen. It's a tiny time investment now that should eventually pay off in the far future. I use Stumble. I've used it since 2005(ish). It's the only reason this post has over 1000 views.
Thanks :)

Whoa - crazy. That's interesting and will probably be helpful! Stumbleupon is a separate website or..?
I did try it! Grateful for the tip - I had no idea (obviously).

7 pennies (x14!) for you to keep adding up!
