Steemit open Mic Week 112 - Leo Brouwer - Estudios Sencillos, n17 (Hommaje to @miguelblanco)

in #openmic6 years ago

Dear friends! It is my participation on steemit open mic week 112 (Hommaje to @miguelblanco)

I've never met him in person. However, since joining to the open mic, I have seen many of his participations wich I joyed with admiration. And yesterday, through this post from @luzcypher I knew of his passing.

I share with you part of the series "Estudios Sencillos", today "n17", wrote by Leo Brouwer (1939*), a set of twenty pieces of pedagogical character divided into four series with five studies. My prayer to Miguel recorded before knowing the notice.

This work written in the 1980's, is characterized by the tonal language which differentiates them from the first series (composed twenty years earlier). Perhaps with some inspiration from the Prelude in C Major BWV 846 from the Well-Tempered Clavier by Johann Sebastian Bach (1685 - 1750)

A great hug for your family, friends, and you wherever you are.

Queridos amigos! Eis minha participação no steemit open mic semana 112. (Homenagem a @miguelblanco)

Eu nunca o conheci pessoalmente.

I had a beautiful relaxing break right now thanks to your amazing music. Thank you so much for bringing this relaxation to me, it's a gift for everybody that listens.

Have a beautiful week!

Thank you @anutu! The best vibrations for all of us!

It so sweet and nice of you with your tribute to the late @miguelblanco. It definitely a lost to the community with the passed away of such talented musician.
From listen to the video, you played guitar very well and could fell the emotion inside. Do you sing as well ;P Most of the guitarist i knew, they have a great voice as well. Hope able listen to you sing in your next open mic as well.

Thank you! But only sing internally the notes that I play. I open my mouth only when I study or take a shower: D

Its good to know that you sing also during shower @guifaquetti. hehehe.. I also did the same because only that time no one listen to my out of tune voice :p

But when you study you also sing? Wow, you must be multitask. When i studied, everything surround me must very quiet. or else I cannot focus, i was the type very difficult to focus, my brain will wonder every where.

Yes, I sing the notes that I play! Help me memorize what I play, and build melodic directions, but I'm not multitasking :D

Opps ..hehehe.. then I bet you can sing then. You should try record it down. I love to listen.

This would be horrible hehehe, but who knows someday!

Hahaha it won't believe me. Have confidence in you. Happy Thanks Giving @guifaquetti

You play the guitar as a professional musician would, with the guitar between the legs as it should be done and as is the original position. I liked seeing you play those beautiful notes, I enjoyed a coffee while listening to you and I was able to relax from the stress of the day.

Thank you for the coment! All the best! 😊

You are so so good with the guitar, this here is so calming and relaxing, I could totally forget all of life's stresses by listening to you which I think really is cool. Your hands perform magic on that guitar!👍

So sad to hear about Miguel's passing, my first time gearing about him, really. But he must have been a huge inspiration to you. Thanks for paying homage to him❤🤗

Thank you for the coments @audreybits. As I said in the post, I did not know him personally. The recording of this work was a coincidence, or some kind of sensitive communication for the most religious. Everything is possible. A great hug bro!

Well, I would say is more than a coincidence, maybe fate?😊🤔 Sure, everything is possible😊, I feel that we sometimes get connected to people without personally knowing them, this definitely could be it.
