Nature and history.

Hello to all dear friends.

I share a watercolor from typical subjects in Italian countries.

Plants, flowers and historical architecture.

A beautiful place full of vegetation and ancient Roman remains, such as the arch I painted.

I chose to share the ancient Roman stone arch, an immortal structure a testimony of 2300 years of history.

An arc in the middle of the vegetation that envelops it.

A place inside a restaurant where you can eat in the summer in Terracina.

Very difficult was the realization of the bucolic subject, because of the large amount of greenery and plants of all kinds.

I gave great importance to the bright contrasts between green and shadow.

I created games of light and colors that make that place magical.

As you can see I painted the greens with different shades from cadmium yellow to lemon yellow and ochre.

The shadows with carmine and cobalt, alternating with cerulean, I played a lot with the spots of light and shadow to make the subject with more vibrations.

I also share some photographs to make you realize the beauty of this place.

Below is also a watercolor from another restaurant, a few meters away from this wonder.

Natura e storia.

Ciao a tutti cari amici.

Condivido un acquarello dai soggetti tipici nei paesi italiani.

Piante, fiori e architetture storiche.

Un posto bellissimo ricco di vegetazione e antichi resti romani, come ad esempio l'arco che ho dipinto.

Ho scelto di condividere l'antico arco romano in pietra, una struttura immortale testimonianza di 2300 anni di storia.

Un arco nel mezzo della vegetazione che lo avvolge.

Un posto all'interno di un ristorante dove poter mangiare nei periodi estivi a Terracina.

Molto difficile è stata la realizzazione del soggetto bucolico, a causa della grande quantità di verde e di piante di ogni tipo.

Ho dato molta importanza ai contrasti luminosi tra il verde e le ombre.

Ho creato dei giochi di luce e di colori che rendono magico quel luogo.

Come potete vedere ho dipinto i verdi condifferenti tonalità dal giallo di cadmio al giallo limone e ocra.

Le ombre con carminio e cobalto, alternato al ceruleo, ho giocato molto con le macchie di luce e ombra per rendere il soggetto con più vibrazioni.

Condivido anche alcune fotografie per farvi rendere conto della bellezza di questo posto.

Di seguito anche un acquarello di un altro ristorante, distante pochi metri da questa meraviglia.

Spero che i miei dipinti vi piacciano e vi mando un abbraccio pieno di fiori.
