King Time

King Time.
Time, we are its creators, but also its subjects.
Time exists because it is we, with our perception, who give it value.
Time exists only from the observation of phenomena that lead to changes in the state of things.
They are physical phenomena, for which we experience.
Time exists in our knowledge, we have categorized it with measuring tools.
But who says that time is exactly what we perceive??
Our perception of time is only an awareness of the transformations of things, nature, the human physical and our appearance.
Growth, change and death.
Our idea or consciousness of time is purely subjective.
For centuries, scholars, philosophers and artists have been asking for this disturbing problem.
Is time flowing or is our perception determined by it?
The painting I have created is the result of these reasonings and questions that I have been asking myself since adolescence.
Once invented, by me, firm and measurable with a gigantic clock, and to the side an eye that represents our perception of flow, flow, control.
Art, men and women, which I expose in large canvases painted on the sides.
Two niches, ancient, with fictitious openings and an electric blue sky, on the night of the full moon.
Chess on the floor, perspective, to graphically define time in the Euclidean geometric perception of things.
A terrace of a surreal room that represents, in its fixity the point of observation altogether.
A throne, for the king of physics, philosophy, literature, music, permorphic arts, mathematics.
The Time King!
Mysterious and ambiguous, unanswered, but fair and impartial.
Like a real monarch.
A timeless embrace.

Il re Tempo
Il tempo, noi siamo i suoi creatori, ma anche i suoi sudditi.
Il tempo esiste in quanto siamo noi, con la nostra percezione a dargli un valore.
Il tempo esiste soltanto dall'osservazione dei fenomeni che portano a mutamenti dello stato delle cose.
Sono fenomeni fisici, del quale noi proviamo le esperienze.
Il tempo esiste nella nostra conoscenza, lo abbiamo categorizzato con strumenti di misurazione.
Ma chi dice che il tempo sia proprio quello che noi percepiamo?
La nostra percezione del tempo è solo una presa di coscienza delle trasformazioni delle cose, della natura, del fisico umano e del nostro aspetto.
Della crescita, del cambiamento e della morte.
La nostra idea o coscienza del tempo è puramente soggettiva.
Da secoli gli studiosi, i filosofi e gli artisti si pongono questo inquietante problema.
Il tempo scorre o è la nostra percezione a determinarlo?
Il dipinto che ho realizzato è frutto di questi ragionamenti e domande che mi pongo fin dall'adolescenza.
Un tempo inventato, da me, fermo e misurabile con un gigantesco orologio, e di lato un occhio che rappresenta la nostra percezione dello scorrere, del fluire, del controllare.
Arte, uomini e donne, che espongo in grandi tele dipinte sui lati.
Nicchie, antiche, con aperture fittizie e un cielo blu elettrico, nella notte di luna piena.
Scacchi sul pavimento, prospettico, a definire graficamente il tempo nella percezione geometrica euclidea delle cose.
Una terrazza di una stanza surreale che rappresenta, nella sua fissità il punto di osservazione del tutto.
Un trono, per il re della fisica, della filosofia, della letteratura, della musica, delle arti permorfative, della matematica.
Il re Tempo!
Misterioso e ambiguo, senza risposte, ma giusto e imparziale.
Come un Monarca vero.
Un abbraccio senza tempo.
