Our life is governed by a set of laws that each of us is supposed to know and that has been the subject of several writings, movies and books that I will try, in this series, to present them in a simple way and very affordable for everyone.

This post will treat the topic:

"Law of Attraction"

The law of attraction is considered the most powerful of universal laws.
It states that:

"Everything that's coming into your life is attracting you to your life. And it's attracted to you by virtue of the images you're holding in your mind. It's what you're thinking.
Whatever is going on in your mind you are attracting to you."

Under this law, what looks alike is coming together. You could therefore consider this powerful law of attraction as a kind of universal management system that makes all thoughts of a similar nature align with each other.

What are its origins?

According to some scholars of the laws of the universe, The immortal Buddha was in fact one of the first to speak about the law of attraction. He said, "What you have become is what you thought” It was a principle known for centuries by the people of the East, before it spread to the western hemisphere.

This law began to gain popularity in the Western Hemisphere during the 19th century when people began to appreciate the power of positive thinking and apply it in their lives.

This concept was first introduced to the public by William Walker Atkinson, the editor of the magazine New Thought, who published in 1906 a book called Thought Vibration or the Law of Attraction in the Thought World.

Exercise of the law of attraction:

In accordance with the Law of Attraction according to which what looks alike is assembled, the vibration of your Being must be in harmony with that of your desire so that you can fully receive what will result from it. You can not desire to obtain a thing, to have only preoccupation with the absence of this thing, and then to hope to receive it, for the vibratory frequency of its absence is at places of that of its presence.
It consists in attracting success through specific behaviors, usually psychic. The ideology of this law is that each of us has a power of attraction.
The principle of the law of attraction allows us to shape our lives solely by our way of thinking and approaching things. Basically, if we stay positive in our life, we only have positive things in life. The opposite is true. Our reality and especially our happiness depend directly on our thoughts. The former are immediate consequences of the latter.

The main advantage of the law of attraction is this adaptation to all objectives. It is also suitable for any age and any social level. Exercises allow to have this capacity of attraction in the skin, including those which will be detailed above. These exercises are complementary. You will never be able to master this law with one of them.

- Mediations and Concentrations:

In order for our power of attraction to reign supreme, we must completely empty our minds so that they can take their place. Meditation is the best way to achieve this. There are many meditation techniques today, but let's stay on the simplest.
To do this, you only need to focus on your breathing for 10 to 15 minutes, keeping your eyes closed all the way. The goal is not to fall asleep, but to drive out all the thoughts that can cross you.
With this method, we learn to focus on one thing at a time, just one. This is in our case breathing. It is the basis of concentration that we seek so much, especially when working or studying. You can not do it in one shot. This is why this exercise is to redo to improve, the purpose of this exercise is to allow you to focus on one goal at a time in your life.

- Creative Visualization:
Whatever your purpose, you will need to have the ability to visualize that goal with accurate images that will create your imagination. These images will allow you to more clearly define your expectations and send them to the universe.

- Reflection:
In your opinion, how will you reach your action plan? The answer is by your reflections. For this exercise, you will need a little more time and materials for taking notes. Reserve to this exercice between 30 minutes and one hour. Otherwise, a blank sheet and a pen will do the trick for the material. Now let's find out how to proceed. Focus on getting to your goal and write down all the ideas that go through your head, without exception. Prepare to receive by the law of attraction the solution sent by the Universe. In these results will undoubtedly find this solution.

- Positivity:
A goal can not be something negative, as much as the solution to reach it. You must learn to constantly chase negativities. This exercise can be combined with all the previous ones. When viewing, you must get used to chasing the harmful images, and when thinking about it, you must eliminate the conflicting ideas to your goal. There is no time limit for this exercise, or if you insist, it's 24 hours a day.
Remove from your head that being realistic means accepting that something is impossible. Give this expression a new meaning, accepting that your reality can be what you think, whether it is possible for others. Forget the influences and concentrate on your own person, because your happiness depends only on you.
It must also be remembered that the brain does not perceive negations. If you tell your brain that you are not sick, it will remember that you are sick. Choose the affirmation: I am in good health. This is to say that positive affirmations work best to acquire optimal positivity. Cultivate your mind in this way.

- Have a daily action plan:
You will have already practiced these exercises on the law of attraction, but in a disorderly way. This is why the effect has not yet been tangible. If you want to be effective, be sure of continuity and balance between these exercises. Organize yourself to practice all the exercises daily, in order. Make sure you can do them regularly and that results come out. Otherwise, persevere following the instructions.

- Strengthen your beliefs:
At birth, you do not yet have beliefs. You are educated as you go, and you are cultivated inside these beliefs. Later, you have the opportunity to reorient your beliefs. Which proves that belief is something that can be created and strengthened. This is why, now, you believe in the law of attraction, whereas before you did not even know about it. Relatively, you must strengthen your beliefs in this law through daily exercises. Especially since you must, at the present time, be convinced of the principle of this law, stating that your reality depends on your beliefs and your thoughts.
To do this, mentally repeat this principle several times. Always tell yourself that your mind is able to bring you all you want in reality. Believe in your ability to create images and produce ideas. Great things will happen soon in your life.

- Gratitude:
The law of attraction is an energy. Gratitude helps maintain a great vibration, which in turn will be able to animate this energy constantly. Practicing to test to the maximum allows you to more easily succeed the other exercises and to obtain satisfaction through the law of attraction. To do so, remember something or someone you like.
Get closer to nature because it is a great gift given to us. You will be more grateful when you realize the amazing products of nature. Be attentive to small details that make your day more joyful. Above all, be thankful to the Universe and all that it offers you on a daily basis.

I love to read about this, "law of attraction. I have read several books of the topic and ways of correcting your mindset to become more happy and attract more positivity.
