The happiness of a man has a lot to do with the state of mind, same goes to his health. There are factors that influence the level of happiness and the health condition of a man. Most of these factors aggregates around an individual thought process, the happenings around him and his reactions to these events. The events and the activities are triggered often by his deals with others, his relationship with others. It was discovered that a social person, one who relates easily with people is happier and healthier compared to the lonely man. This shows that the more you share your thoughts, opinion and life with others, the happier and healthier you are. But this is not entirely true, because there are people in relationships that are still lonely and disconnected, especially married couples. That could be attributed to lack of love or forced marriage. Also marriage based on culture or money, show over time that the couple live in a disconnected home.

In other words, it is not enough to be in relationship or to be with people to be happy. What matters is the quality of your relationship, how you share your thoughts and feelings with each other. Accordingly, loneliness is not only being alone, I mean sitting alone or living alone in a house. It involves inability or refusal to share your feelings and thoughts with others. It is an act of keeping to yourself your concerns and worries. This can be as a result of lack of trust, bully, fear or simply an habit nurtured over time. A lonely man either by fear or any reason suffers poor health and is usually unhappy. Loneliness affect the brain and over time can lead to suicide or other similar atrocities.

To be a happy and healthy man, you can't afford to keep to yourself. You must go all out. Relate with people, socialise and share your thoughts and feelings with friends, family and other trusted companions. Remember the more you keep to yourself the more you die slowly and silently. So no matter what you passed through or the situation you were pushed to before that caused loneliness to you, it is time to stand up and start afresh, refuse unhappy life and share your life with others.
Live happily and healthy as you share ideas, feelings, emotions and various concerns you have with others.

Steemit is a good platform to start perhaps you are alone where you are or you lack the right audience.

Enjoy life to the fullest, be happy and healthy.
