This Week in the Sndbox
Welcome to the 7th State of the Sndbox newsletter! Last week, we published a brief review of our first month operating Sndbox with our beta-bloggers. It gives insight into what our first month’s performance was within Sndbox and with our members, and sets preliminary goals for our organization for the month of September.
Yesterday, we continued our Toolkit posts and covered a much requested topic of How Payouts Work.
Time Lapse Sneak Peek + Upcoming STEEM Park Film
We’re in the final stages of post-production! Yesterday, we published a tidbit of The Timelapse Group’s magic with their signature timelapses on DTube. We’ll bring you updates as we near the film’s official release in early October. We will also use this opportunity to explore DTube further and even try out other blockchain-based video sharing platforms like LBRY.
Each week we’ll introduce the newest @sndbox members and share updates on their work. Be sure to give each of these new Steemians a warm welcome! Follow their profiles for more on their respective interests and practices. After opening up Sndbox membership to the general Steemit community, we’ve had many existing users join the Sndbox incubator. Welcome our new members!

What to Look Out For This Week
Tomorrow, we’ll be covering two realms. First, we will do our first official report on one of our Sndcastle Projects - @stach, led by member @ejemai in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. @Ejemai is spearheading an incredible effort to establish one of Steemit’s dedicated community spaces.
We will also be doing our first Sndbox Master Post that organizes all the different resources and updates we do each week into a single location. We plan to update it twice a month with new posts.
After the success and popularity of our Thumbnail Content, we’ve decided to host more fun competitions for the whole Steemit community to get Steem-powered ideas churning. Be sure to come back Friday for a chance at prizes!
