Drug War Stories Edition 1: Lit in Lewiston

in #news7 years ago

It sounds like the storm troopers have got another one. A young man not only is being punished with violence by the state but also shamed in presumably his local paper's website. The paper also identifies his age and of what is either a location or road, making it easier for members in his community to identify him.

For growing only 6 pounds like the weight of 6 cheezit boxes he had his house raided, his name shamed and has now presumably been kidnapped.

And due to dude man being a pre-existing felon for robbery, his name and previous presumably actual criminal conduct the book was probably thrown at him worse and his name still being associated with that previous felony in the public sphere. Apparently dude may have converted some items with force at a gas station using force.

An old man judge, Matthew J Murphy III went on a rant and lectured the person for nonviolent conduct thusly:

"You've had chances in the past and you haven't addressed the problem"

Gotta wonder how fucked up it is that the dude could get contempt punishment if he lectures boss man Murphy III on reality.

Very sad that this guy was presumably on a bad path and did commit a real crime. But then he gets out and starts serving his local economy selling people a medicine and a cure for free time. And now the double felon, probably got more con college.

Does anyone think kidnapping and imprisoning this guy for non violent conduct helps anyone? I sure as hell dont.

“Give Me Money. Money Me. Money Now. Me a money needing a lot now.”

The War on Drugs is such a great way to telelogically manufacture autonomous people into more desired ones while nominally maximizing public welfare by victimizing the innocent for conduct that has no victims?

Federalist No. 62 on: overly compex information & state intervention:

“The internal effects of a mutable policy are still more calamitous. It poisons the blessing of liberty itself. It will be of little avail to the people, that the laws are made by men of their own choice, if the laws be so voluminous that they cannot be read, or so incoherent that they cannot be understood; if they be repealed or revised before they are promulgated, or undergo such incessant changes that no man, who knows what the law is to-day, can guess what it will be to-morrow. Law is defined to be a rule of action; but how can that be a rule, which is little known, and less fixed?

Another effect of public instability is the unreasonable advantage it gives to the sagacious, the enterprising, and the moneyed few over the industrious and uniformed mass of the people. Every new regulation concerning commerce or revenue, or in any way affecting the value of the different species of property, presents a new harvest to those who watch the change, and can trace its consequences; a harvest, reared not by themselves, but by the toils and cares of the great body of their fellow-citizens. This is a state of things in which it may be said with some truth that laws are made for the FEW, not for the MANY.“

Oldest story in the book, Stoner gets arrested for a plant and tells all his friends how dumb it is. Do what I do, fight to get the laws changed in your state and do the best you can for the people!

I don't know this victim of state repression. The laws are a changing and the piggy kleptocrats are a feeding of licensing and other ways to pork up they budgets.

Ya know government think tank Rand Corp estimated the legal costs of weed for out door sensimilla maybe as high as $10 per pound or indoe for up to $200 per pound?

They tried to steal the whole market in Ohio and rip people off at $10 a gram and call it legalization while people who grew and dealt before law change remain criminals, yet the Orweliian media still calls what they wanted "legalization." How sad the American media is so bad?

Help opening the Ohio market would be good.
