Czech Republic currently boasts astonishing 435 breweries!
Hi everyone!
My homeland, the Czech Republic, is sometimes referred to as the beer capital of the world and there are good reasons for that. Except for the fact that the Czechs are by far the biggest beer drinkers in the world with the world´s highest per capita consumption, the country is also famous for an abundance of all kinds of breweries.

Ranging from world-famous giants such as Pilsner or Budweiser Budvar to numerous little-known regional breweries, the Czech Republic currently boasts staggering 435 beer breweries.

While it certainly sounds like an impressive number for a country of just over 10 million inhabitants, it is actually nothing special compared to the year circa 1900 when there were between 900 and 1,000 breweries in what is now the Czech Republic.
So if you are a beer fan, you know where you should go on your next vacation, right? :)

Haven't been to the czech republic but i would like to at some stage. Some of the countries that i have visited in that region were amazing and the beers were fairly decent too.
There is no point in trying to drink the crap that the main brands produce when you are surrounded by such a good selection in the pubs around there. With that many breweries the selection must be amazing.

Beer is very popular drink in the world....Many binefits of beer in our heaths....czech republic is my fav country...Its most beautiful country in the world...beers keeps your kidney so healthy....In the modern world,beer is an exclusive reference to hopped malt...Very great taste of this drink...thanks for sharing this great post.
