My intro to this lovely platform.
My name is Sadanand Singh I live in India and i am 22 year's old.I notice that my health in life was getting bad day by day so i started walking up early morning daily and started going on morning walk and running, even when we all friends get together we try to meet in morning or evening time for playing cricket or some sports.
I love to study history as i feel excited to know about our history. I generally work in a office so as it is a desk job so it's not good to sit the entire day as it's really bad for our health so i decided to workout daily.
One of my friends brother @alokkumar121 introduced me about this steemit and i was laughing that why will some one pay to excersise but i got surprised after getting paid. Now i am learning slowly slowly about this steemit and some day i will post my own blog as well.

We like to advise bloggers to cite if images, videos, etc. used in their posts are of their own creation. This practice gives the creators an opportunity to have it clearly labeled that the works portrayed are the rightful property of the party posting it.
