24 Hours Is Enough | Spend It Wisely

Often time, you get to hear people tell you that their day was extremely busy that they had no time to attend to some needs that needed their attention. But whenever I hear such statements, it strikes a cord in me to question if God didn’t do a proper calculation in giving man 24 hours in a day or the allocation by God to give man 24 hours was based on his thought as “God”.

The truth is that, God was perfect in his timing of giving 24 hours for a day but man have not come to the point of doing proper allocation of their 24 hours to fit in into their day-to-day activities.

If you were too busy not to have had time for other things, then that task was probably not meant to be finished in a day or you were too slow in making good allocation of your time or it was a task you ought to have started yesterday.

On the other hand equally, you get to hear people say that the day was really slow and did not finish on time, did God allocate more than 24 hours to these set of people? The answer is No but rather these set of people were not occupied with profitable activities for the day or were eagerly waiting for the next day either because they have one thing or the other to do the next day that they desire today to wrap up quickly or nothing useful to do with their today

So if your day has been so slow that you desire it to wrap up quickly, then check out the activities you have been involved in the cause of the day and ask yourself the following questions

1 What have I learnt today?
2 What value did I add to someone or myself?
3 What are my goals in life and how many did I work on today?
4 What important thing did I do today?

If you can readily answer the above questions then we may “assume” your day was wasted and could be reason reason why your day has being a long one.

Don’t waste your tomorrow by not having a plan for it and don’t over stretch your tomorrow by leaving task to be done today for tomorrow

Anything that is important to you, you will definitely find out time for it. If you spend the whole of your day chatting from one social media to another then that chatting is more important to you. If you spend your time getting knowledge on the internet then that knowledge you spend time getting was so important to you.

Anything you spend your time doing today, will either Better or Barter your future

So before you complain of your day being too long or short, you must first consider what you have engaged yourself from the morning of that day.

Your 24 hours is enough, spend it wisely
