#NEEDLEWORKMONDAY UPCYVLE BLOUSE / SHIRT PART 2
Its that time again, needlework monday is a fact. I wanna share a project that I did again cause I needed a New shirt-collar.
This is the step-by-step diy in pictures. Need a shirt ( I use My hubby’s shirts please dont tell My secret )
You need a shirt / scisssors / measure lint / pen lockmachine or sewingmachine
You draw the size you want, ladies measure over the boobs please otherwise it Will be in you neck All the time😬
Now I am doing one from a fabric I still had, Same routine, Same pattern only three loose body pieces and a collar. Really easy but I wanted to start with this simple one, outcome is the Same.
Either you re-use old shorts or make one from New fabric result is the Same.
I did this diy needlework before See / read it here:

⭐️Sidenote: I did not use the strings on the side. You may use them offcourse I dont like strings under My arms.

I remember this project from your previous post, and every time I think it's a brilliant idea.
Great tip about cutting enough to cover the chest, so as the fabric wouldn't climb up the neck.
Its the best upcycle i had done last year. How are you doing?
I'd say it's one of those extremely useful projects :D
Thanks @brittandjosie, I'm well, starting 2019 with new fire, :DD let's see what hte year brings ;D
Hope you are also doing well?
Yes i am doing well steem is going well and i love it here, and family wise i am gratefull
That’s a great idea. I am old enough to remember when I used to buy dickies to wear under sweaters and vests. I like your method of using a man’s shirt. So creative.
I never heard of dickies before, but because of this blog i got a few comments about this.
And mans shirts are great
I regularly knit dickies - they are great for kids and often you can knit them with leftovers or that one skein you don't know what to make with :)

I like this. I wish I used a sewing machine. It has been too many years for me. Great job!
Its so relaxing, i need to do this sometimes and upcycle is Nice to, i dont like throwing away things
I really love this idea! I remember when you did your first one! Thanks for that lady tip...definitely makes sense!
Its one off my favorite and the man s color of a shirt are more film so, i had to do this one again,.
How are the babies dear?
So easy to make ....
Do you attach that permanently to the sweater?
No I just wear it underneath
So the shirt colar not attached to other blouse or shirt😯 it is a different part of the sweater too😥 hufft.. I never knew it 😁 thanks for sharing...aahh how I wish I could work with needles😆
I only noticed now the net thingies you have over the sewing thread bobbins. Did you buy them especially for that purpose or did they have another use before?

They come with the lock machine but are available loose to. They keep the tread from going to quick
I use similar nets for my yarn skeins - but I buy them in the produce section of the supermarket where they wait for me around some onions!
These things are (a bit disrespectful) called a"yarn bra" ;)
