Shrug ... my plan changed / かぎ針編みから棒針編みに・・・
I thought about making a crocheted shrug and started making motifs. But after I made few motifs and put on my arm ... it looked like as if I was wearing a thick doily :O It was funny I made this just after I commented on @fiberfrau's post "The Thing That Should Not Be..." last week.
久しぶりにかぎ針編みをしたいなとモチーフをつなげたシュラッグを編み始めたのですが、いくつか編んで腕に置いてみると、何だかドイリー（テーブルの上にしく敷物）を着ているみたいになってしまい、プラン変更。。。
I should have chosen thinner lacy yarn instead of cotton one. Then I changed my plan to knit a shrug. Luckily I had a pattern I wanted to knit for a while.
もうちょっと細いレース編みのような糸を選ぶべきだったのだと思います。棒針に持ち変えて以前から編みたかったこれまたシュラッグを編み始めました。

Whew! Now it looks fine. Its main body part is done. I will work on the libs for arms and body.
今回は大丈夫のようです。背中にくる部分を編み終わって、これから腕周りと胴回りのゴム編みをします。
I look forward to finishing it in this week and wearing it soon. It's getting hotter and hotter but still it's fresh in the morning and evening time in Germany :)
今週編み終わって着られるかな。日中は30度近くまで気温があがりますが（そして冷房がないドイツ・・・）朝晩はひんやりするので羽織りものがあると便利なのです。

It is beautiful @akipponn! And it looks so soft.... I too find that knitted pieces are softer than crocheted piece. But I am not good with knitting yet to be able to knit like you. I hope I can in the near future.
Oposite to me. I want to crochet but cannot do right and go back to knitting. I try to crochet my market bag as my next project :)
The knitted pattern is beautiful, I love the look of it.

And with the crochet shrug... I made three, always because I so loved the pattern (all from Japanese magazines) but two of them I have never worn. They looked nice on the photo, but not on me. Looking forward to see you finished shrug <3
Yeah good thing about Ravelry is that there are so many nice patterns. I saw your shrug with a beautiful deco around neck. I think one of your baby cardigans has the same style. I will check Japanese crocheting book when I go back to Japan next time, probably in Autumn :)

ボタンを付けることでさえ怪しい＾＾；
これを書いた後ボタン付け直していました。針仕事はいいのですが、はまると何時間でも使ってしまいそこは恐ろしいかもしれません ;)

でも何かやってみたいなと思わせてくれるタグいいですよね^^
30度近くまで上がっても冷房がないなんて…！ちょっとびっくりですが、意外と日本も冷房なしでも大丈夫だったりするんでしょうか。
そうなんですよ。Needlework Monday はほぼ皆勤賞だと思います。去年見つけて楽しく混ぜてもらっています。
冷房は・・・うちのお父ちゃんのお父ちゃんの時代は30度になる日も年に1度か2度あるくらいだったと聞いたことがあって、多分その頃の名残＋環境命なドイツ魂だと思います。この前小児科に新しく設置されていてやっぱりいるよなあと思ったのでした ;) でも意外と服装で乗り切れます。
この話題、環境月間の6月に投稿したいなと思っていたら7月になってしまいました。。。
