:(>lol! well I don't think that problem is on the minds of the powers that be. They're getting ready to do another hardfork and I doubt of that's part of it.
Hardforks that correct nothing seems to be the order of the day. They seem to be focussing on reducing hardware by spreading to other application packages.
Not a wise direction, seems to reduce function requiring more manipulation for the user to make steemit work. I have gone from one, to three tabs now to make things function the same.
They need to increase, NOT decrease function! At some point, people will get tired of jumping from tab to tab....
