Hardforks that correct nothing seems to be the order of the day. They seem to be focussing on reducing hardware by spreading to other application packages.
Not a wise direction, seems to reduce function requiring more manipulation for the user to make steemit work. I have gone from one, to three tabs now to make things function the same.
They need to increase, NOT decrease function! At some point, people will get tired of jumping from tab to tab....

It sounds interesting, I will watch to see what they do.
The social part IS the longevity of any platform! The money will follow the social part; that is the value added or content creation part.
