Nature Is Funny Sometimes
I've posted about this amazing and unusual tree some time ago and I'm back today to show you more photos. Ever since I've spotted this tree, can't get it out of my mind.
It's unusual because as you can see on the photo, this special tree is stripping its bark during winter, exactly during the cold period.
I've been running image searches to find out what kind of tree this could be but so far came up empty handed.
I would really want to know more about this tree. I'd like to understand why this is happening. It's natural, not man made, so there must be a reason, some kind of explanation.
My plan is to document the tree's evolution for one year. I have two sets of photos already, taken in November and December this year. My next photo shoot will be in Spring, when the weather starting to warm up and trees start to go green.
In the meantime I'm continuing my online search. If you know any information about the tree, I'd really appreciate your help.

It is a great tree! It looks like a Plane Tree? The variety that we have in my area are called Sycamore.
Thank you Melinda, I got a few tips which I'm glad for, now I have to do my research to see which one is it.
It is unusual tree and looks like Plane Tree as seen from the shape of the leaves and yet, not quite tne same I used to see in our parks.
