Seems like a very sanitized space, the very incarnation of a MUNICIPAL park! What an interesting place, this was. I like that they provide free bags for dog owners, that's always handy! And it is amazing that there are zero statues :O
I think I am cool with just having visited this park through your post, to be honest! Hahaha...

Thanks! I also thought it was strange there are no statues. There was actually very little along the lines of outdoor art. Well, the fountain and especially the gazebo were nicely decorated, however, I do like large outdoor sculptures. There are parks made for that purpose though. Maybe one day I'll take you on a Steem blog tour of a culture park.

I think it is important to have green spaces. Humans were not created to live in cities made of concrete and steel.

Excellent images, the truth is that walking through a place like this is relaxing, I would love to walk a day there!
I'm trying to explore the better than average parks. These are all big enough forna nice walk. It's really popular in the evenings and better than walking along the streets.

The Rose of Sharon also has a special meaning in Christianity and it is indeed a beautiful flower.
That other park with the exercise machines strategically placed also seems like a great idea to keep the communities fit.
