The city of banda aceh is one of the most predominantly Muslim cities so there are so many Islamic places ranging from the form of the building to the culture that is greatly influenced by the culture of Islam. According to data from the Indonesian statistics center in 2010 the total population of Banda Aceh is 219,070 and 97 percent of the total population is Muslim. Yet despite being strongly influenced by Muslim nuances, but my city Banda aceh is also a very open city with an outside culture and modernization of the world. So many foreign tourists who also love to travel here.

Kota banda aceh adalah salah satu kota yang mayoritas penduduknya beragama muslim sehingga banyak sekali tempat yang bernuansa islami mulai dari bentuk bangunan sampai dengan budaya yang sangat besar sekali dipengaruhi oleh budaya islam. Menurut data dari pusat statistik Indonesia tahun 2010 jumlah penduduk kota Banda Aceh adalah 219.070 dan 97 persen dari total penduduknya adalah muslim. Namun walaupun sangat terpengaruh oleh nuansa muslim, tetapi kota saya Banda aceh juga sebuah kota yang sangat terbuka dengan budaya luar dan modernisasi dunia. Sehingga banyak sekali wisatawan-wisatawan luar negeri yang juga suka untuk berwisata kesini.

Aceh Museum

The place I visited first was the aceh museum. This museum explains how the history of Aceh from antiquity, where how the history of the kingdom of Aceh, the history of the colonial era by the Dutch and Portuguese up to some cultural heritage of Aceh.

Tempat yang saya kunjungi pertama adalah museum aceh. Museum ini menjelaskan bagaimana sejarah Aceh dari jaman dahulu, dimana bagaimana sejarah kerajaan Aceh, sejarah jaman penjajahan oleh Belanda dan Portugis sampai dengan beberapa peninggalan kebudayaan Aceh.

Museum Tsunami

Tsunami Museum is a museum built to commemorate a big tragedy that occurred in 2004, where the tsunami tragedy that claimed more than 200 thousand people managed to shake the world at that time and through this museum visitors can find out the facts about objects and stories of Tsunami tragedy year 2004.

Mesjid Raya Baiturrahman (Great Baiturrahman Mosque)

The baiturrahman highway mosque is an icon of my city, where the splendor of this mosque can be seen from the size and width of the courtyard of this building. All the tourists who visit here would be very interested to take pictures here, because although the mosque is identical with Muslims but this mosque also allows non-Muslim tourists to enter the mosque yard.

Mesjid Raya Baiturrahman

Masjid raya baiturrahman merupakan ikon kota saya, dimana kemegahan masjid ini dapat dilihat dari ukuran dan luas halaman dari bangunan ini. Semua wisatawan yang berkunjung kesini pasti akan sangat tertarik untuk berfoto-foto disini, karena walaupun mesjid identik dengan muslim tetapi mesjid ini juga memperbolehkan para wisatawan non-muslim untuk masuk ke halaman mesjid.

Pasar Aceh

Pasar aceh is a shopping mall and all sorts of cloth in the city of Banda Aceh, just behind the baiturrahman mosque, usually this location is always filled with people who want to shop.

Pasar aceh adalah tempat perbelanjaan baju dan segala macam kain di kota Banda Aceh, letaknya tepat di belakang mesjid raya baiturrahman, biasanya lokasi ini selalu dipenuhi oleh orang-orang yang ingin berbelanja.

Blang Padang Park

Blang padang is one of the largest green parks in Banda Aceh City, in the morning or afternoon a lot of people who come here to exercise and to relax. On the outskirts of the park there are also many food and beverage sellers are very delicious to enjoy. The location is also very strategic in downtown Banda aceh, precisely beside the tsunami museum.

Taman Blang padang

Blang padang adalah salah satu taman terbuka hijau terluas di Kota Banda Aceh, pada pagi atau sore hari banyak sekali orang yang kesini untuk berolahraga maupun untuk bersantai. Di pinggiran taman juga terdapat banyak sekali para penjual makanan dan minuman segar yang sangat nikmat untuk dinikmati. Lokasinya pun sangat strategis yaitu di pusat kota Banda aceh, tepatnya di samping museum tsunami.

Ulee lheue is a seaside harbor that is always crowded for visitors who want to enjoy the afternoon with a beautiful sunset view. Banda Aceh City is a city located on the tip of the island of Sumatra, so the sunset view here is very beautiful to be enjoyed along the beach because the stretch of beach directly leads to the Indian Ocean.

Ulee lheue

Ulee lheue adalah pinggiran pantai pelabuhan yang selalu ramai bagi para pengunjung yang ingin menikmati sore hari dengan pemandangan sunset yang sangat indah. Kota Banda Aceh adalah kota yang letaknya di ujung pulau sumatera, sehingga pemandangan sunset disini sangat indah untuk dinikmati di sepanjang pantainya karena hamparan pantainya langsung mengarah ke samudera Hindia.

That is the place I visited full day around the places I consider interesting in my city of Banda Aceh, some of which are icons of Banda Aceh city like baiturrahman mosque and Aceh tsunami museum. As for some photos I took to show how the real life in Banda Aceh city.

Itulah tempat yang saya kunjungi sehari penuh mengelilingi tempat-tempat yang saya anggap menarik dikunjungi di Kota saya Banda Aceh, beberapa diantaranya adalah ikon kota Banda aceh sepeti mesjid raya baiturrahman dan museum tsunami Aceh. Adapun beberapa foto yang saya ambil untuk menunjukkan bagaimana sebetulnya kehidupan di kota Banda aceh.
