My top 5 from 2017 - Challenge!

3 days ago, @rocking-dave announced a great challenge. It was a real challenge for me to find my best five among my many-many posts, but I used the search engine with some keywords like "kalemandra" and "trabant" :)))
It's a great thing to remember the last year's events!

Music - and generally culture - is as old as mankind. Mostly touches the soul of man and we have the ability to mediate between worlds with music. Good music is to move heaven and earth. Percussion give the rhythm and the body of music (earth element), singing is the soul, and lyrics is the spirit.

5. Geometry in nature #2: Golden Ratio, Fibonacci and spirals 
Mathematics and geometry is a universal language with which we can describe nature phenomena. Plants and animals are built from the regular patterns of nature. If not so, it would be chaos, and many living creatures would be unviable. The geometry is encoded in the genes.

Interesting posts! There are still some Trabants driving around the streets of Sofia nowadays but they are already a rare sight. They were more common until a few years ago.
In Hungary, Trabant is very rare now.
They are quite rare here too, but there are still some enthusiasts. Nobody drives that car out of necessity anymore, only out of love for it and its cardboard build :)
