"All Apologies" canción de la banda estadounidense Nirvana. Es la canción N°12 y la pista final del álbum del año 1993 "In Utero", siendo también el 2do sencillo del álbum.
La canción fue escrita en el año 1990, justo cuatro años antes de la muerte de su autor Kurt Cobain y la disolución de la agrupación Nirvana.
La primera versión de estudio conocida de la canción fue grabada en enero del año 1991. Tanto la letra de la canción como sus arreglos cambiaron durante los dos años siguientes, sin que se realizara ninguna presentación de la misma previo a la grabación de In Utero.
En 1995 la canción recibe dos nominaciones a los Premios Grammy, uno por mejor canción de rock y otro por mejor interpretación rock de un dúo o grupo con vocalista, resultando perdedora en ambas nominaciones.
