Songwriter's Shop Talk Episode 2 - Featuring @basilmarples on MSP WAVES
What a fun show my friends, this one is fresh off the printer and the ink might still be wet, so listen with caution. We had our crazy and beloved @basilmarples join me on the show today, and in the very last minute my favorite Aussie, fellow judge and dear friend @krystle decided to join me too.
We laughed, we cried (at least I did) and had an experience to remember for a long time. So pour yourself a cup of wine, light up the cigar (maybe not, but maybe i would not know) and click play.
I will treasure tonight for years to come, and I hope my dear friend that you enjoy this recording as much as I did making it. For next week I've spoken to fellow songwriter, limerick king and ukulele ninja @chrisroberts and I think he is ready to go. So mark your calendars people!!!

I remember the first time I met you Basil at the meet and greet at Steemfest 2. I was talking to @everlove and you just walked right up to me and full on hugged me like we hadn't seen each other in years. It took me a while to recognize you from Open Mic and we've been friends ever since.
Love your energy man and had a lot of fun hanging out with you. You got to go to Steemfest 3.
I catch myself humming You Dirty Soul-Sucking Thieves sometimes throughout the day without realizing it and it always makes me laugh.
Hanging out with you @basilmarples was an adventure I will always remember and I look forward to seeing you again soon. Whenever that is I'm sure we'll pick up right where we left off and there will be some fun involved, so work on your laugh muscles.

Amazing work. I have never been much of an artist other than having a bit of musical talent, but this hits home with me.
I have wanted to try making my own art with this type of method, as I feel it may be something I have success with. I think it would be a lot of fun.

I don't know what you mean by flex, but if you notice I've removed my flag almost right away after realizing you had already been flagged for plagiarizing by others. That being said, I don't know if I really buy into the idea that you did not understand that competing on a contest using someone else's entry was not ethical. That is something pretty difficult to argue. Its Ok, its time to move on, don't plagiarize, be original and everything is going to be fine.
