I'll be on the air today after working on my family's bathroom all day. We're using repurposed wood from the deck on a neighbor's house which caught fire a while ago. I'l be sure to make a post with some pics to show you later in the week. I think this afternoon I will go over mover about EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), as I recall having left off a few weeks ago talking about SUD's (Subjective Unit of Distress) and never really explained much further than what it is. Today I will show you how EFT works to reduce your SUD. I've also got some more talking points from my Project Peace group.
