Bohemian Rhapsody movie – The life story of Freddie Mercury
This biographical movie with musical elements will give chills to all Freddie fans. The actor Rami Malik resembles Freddie so much, it feels like a time travel.
The movie leads us through the history of Queen, how they started and grew together. You can see how all the biggest hits were made like Bohemian Rhapsody, Killer Queen, Another One Bites The Dust and many many more.
Queen covered opera, disco, glam rock, jazz etc. Scientists say Freddie's voice could do 4 octaves and was very vibrant. That's why he was able to do extremely low rock grawl and opera high pitch tones.
The movie doesn't talk too much about the AIDS battle, which is how the rest of the band wanted it to be. In a recent interview Queen's guitarist Bryan May said that they didn't wanna give to much weight to AIDS to make it a melodrama (because Freddie's AIDS battle was really upsetting at the end of his life). They wanted a positive movie which tells the Queen story and the story is unique and brilliant.
The good thing of going on a pre-premiere is that the cinema is half empty, so I was able to sing out loud.
