The night of graduation arrives, and a group of teenage girls decide to make a pact: to lose their virginity during the high school dance. However, they will not have an unforeseen event: their parents. The parents of all of them will discover what they plan to do during their long-awaited graduation, which will make them go to work to prevent their daughters having sex during the celebration.

Blockers is an obscene comedy about three parents (John Cena, Leslie Mann and Ike Barinholtz). that they will spend the night of graduation of their adolescent daughters trying to avoid that they have sexual relations.

Expect almost uninterrupted discussions about sex / loss of virginity, some scenes with partial and frontal nudity (masculine), constant strong language ("f--k," "motherf----rs," "s--t," "a--hole," etc.), and a lot of consumption of drugs and alcohol by adolescents, including excessive use to the point of violent vomiting. An adult man accepts a painful "butt chugging" contest.

But despite the many rude jokes, there are also positive messages about trust between parents and children, let young people make decisions for themselves, be honest about sex/sexuality and recognize that even having sex with someone you care about can be a risky proposal.

The film is directed by Kay Cannon, screenwriter, producer, director and American actress known for the films of "Pitch Perfect", an American musical comedy that focuses on a female university group of a cappella music "The Barden Bellas", which must compete against another group of the educational center to access and win the nationals. She is also known for her work as a writer and producer for the NBC series "Rockefeller Plaza" (2006) and the original Netflix series "Girlboss" (2017).

"Cannon has won three Writers Guild of America Awards and has been nominated for three Primetime Emmy Awards."
