Responsibility is the Gift of Self-Movement
Who is the Captain of your ship?
What's going on with your ship?
Have you ever really regarded your body and mind as the operating software and hardware which defines your Space Ship?
The above questions reveal points of neglect for myself.
I've been processing through an injury and I find some murky internal waters that need healing also. So i'm walking through an internal and external healing process. The Body and the Mind within the Body.
This posting was inspired by a point of regard in my day today.
The point being:
I recognized just how much I enjoy moving myself - whether it is in the big intense powerful complex movements....or it's the subtle gentle small movements - I like it all.
This was somewhat significant today as I had to deal with a couple of clients which were a bit dense...dumb witted.
I realized just how subtle a reaction I can have in mind towards someone or something...and that it's my responsibility to ground the point - to let it go and - actually in the moment, 'dropping it like it's hot'. Doing this is an enjoyable action. dare I say it's a transformative vocation.
What I further realized that I very much do enjoy expressing myself in all sorts of ways. And it can be as simple as basic exchange of information. What I realized is that my only real enjoyment of myself and my participations here is a matter of regard for myself. Meaning I got to be 100% with me here - commited as the best of me here in the moment.
The Highlight take away is this:
"100% commitment is the only way to play and work here."
"Anything less than 100% of our commitment to ourselves and our participations is a travesty to our very best life"
