THINK ABOUT YOUSELF, FORGET ABOUT THE GOVERNMENT

Don't let us talk about them, let us talk about Ourselves. Do you ever think of who you are, or let me say have you ever thought of who you are?

I wrote a post recently about You and I. One thing that is certain is that you are the one who gives the definition of yourself in the best way.

You remember what the advisable first post on steemit is? Most time it's the post of introduceyourself or the introducemyself post as it's called, even though that's not where I'm going to, I only want to ask something, during your cause of introducing yourself to the community, did you said a single bad thing about yourself?

Obviously, NO!!! Personally, I didn't say a single bad damn thing about myself, and it doesn't mean I am perfect, for instance, I'm a political leader in my school LAUTECH, my sense of judging do portray me as the best Leader for my people but do my people see me as the best? If they don't See Me as the best, are they too a perfect being?

Then, to our judging of our government, let us leave that and summon the courage of judging yourself self before others. Are you sure of what you'll do if you are in the position?

We are conversant with the Music 🎶 who you epp ever since the release of the song, who you don help?.

If you are in a position to help someone please do your best if you can't help the help-needing-soul, then why judging our government.

No matter how fervent someone is, help will not come from heaven, it's we human being that is designated to help ourselves.

In my little knowledge, the better we help ourselves the better our community will be.

Don't take life as if it's your own alone
Don't think you can't be like someone in few minutes
Don't feel too big for others.

Let us start changing what's not suppose to be

Don't let us neglect those needing help,
Don't let us keep blaming our government for not doing this we can do for our self.

Thank You.

I'M STILL YOUR BOY @honourmaus

someday the masses will help themselves and be liberated.

@turpsy it has already started, the blockchain technology has made it easy for people to build people. Take Steemit as a case study. I hope to see more Nigerians involve with Blockchain.

I hope every citizen get involved, I mean in the blockchain system.

Yes!!! You get me right....... Honestly we guys need to be ready to help ourself

The government of the day politicians at large has made Nigeria look more like a business venture, this is sad. Great piece though

Those that are governing over us are all human being, Nigeria will only be better when the people start giving room for the betterment

Maybe we need a blockchain for our Government. At lease that will bring transparency into GOVT. Just my taught anyway.

Fantastic thought, @lucashunter! That is the only way Nigeria can achieve transparency and they will have no choice, but to be accountable. Meanwhile, we need to work on ourselves. The change we desire must begin with you and I helping one another to succeed.

Thank you Sista Mary. Maybe we can work on this, I will do a post about blockchain for GOVT. But do you think those greedy elements in Government will want a transparent and open ledger on them ?

You know what? Bro Lucas, I see Nigeria government panic, it's not happening right now, but it'll definitely happen, simply because the young shall grow independent, steemit give us hope of financial freedom, sooner, we won't be doing their bad will, then they will be useless and less reckon with.

And to rub salt on the wound, they are very bad business men. All they want is money which crypto is defeating very soon.

You have a good foresight, Bro, I could remember a man who @oluwoleolaide said, has more than 1200+ BTC, so we thank God they are now sleeping 😴 before they know it, we would have sailed past the sea.

A good point here

We ought to know that the government is not an institution but people. People, people, people and that's why what ever we do as a people will always impact on the government. You can make your mark if you choose to.

You are too brilliant...... You got me right ma

Thanks dear, @edith4angelseu! I like your line of thought. Actually, the government is a institution made up of people and so like you stated ''...what ever we do as a people will always impact on the government.'' Yes, we can make a mark, if we chose to. Steem on!

We, the people are the Government. If each one contributes positively in our sphere of influence, Nigeria will be a better place for all.

Absolutely correct, @pearlu!

Its quite unfortunate though how we got involved in bad government. I think like you rightly dropped that its time we help ourselves. I think that is the way out as of now. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for reading sister glory, I thought you would be in marketing looking for stuff you'll be needing at STEEMFEST, 😁.

Thanks for the Visit.

Great work bro. Thumbs up!!!

My Oga, thanks for finding it worthy of your UPVOTE

@honourmaus this is an interesting post. Obviously, it is always better to carefully observe our own lives than to judge others. However, we must learn to speakout in face of intimidation and bad governance. It wouldn't stop you from developing yourself.

Definitely, intimidation is another word that its meaning shouldn't be condoled, in the real sense, If we are decided to fight the government with our ways of life, we need two things,

  • Militant
  • Reasonable

The definition of our militarism goes side by our level reasoning.

Thanks for finding this piece interesting @ogoowinner

How I wish every Nigerian will think the way you do, @honourmaus, we would definitely be the better for it. The central message of this piece in motivation is ''who you don help?If you are in a position to help someone please, do your best. If you can't help the help the needy soul, then why judging our government? '' Hmm...very deep. I see you leading Nigeria to great heights, my dear, please keep your vision alive. You have my continuous support.

How I wish every Nigerian will think the way you do, @honourmaus

That's a big compliment from a great woman of our nation, firstly, I'll say I am honored.

Then, secondly I think our people should be notified of who they really are, and I think this will start with good deeds of those who are ready for the change of a better tomorrow.

Thanks for stopping by Ma....

God bless Nigeria
God bless STEEMIT Community
God bless the world at large
