So many people in the world today are living in fear which has deter them from leaving their comfort zone in order to try something new that will bring success. Fear has created a mental prison in them that prevents them from making that move.
You may be scared that you don't have the power to achieve that goal, you may be scared that you don't have the ability to attain that height. But the truth is, you have the power and the ability, all it takes for you to achieve it is if you take away your fears.
You can learn to take away your fears by reading and learning from people who were once afraid like you are. There are so many stories on the Internet that can help build your confidence. Reading and watching motivational videos is another way to take away your fears.
Just like the new Pepsi slogan "Just do it" without being scared.
