Sales are an essential element in every business, everyone wants to make more sales, make more profit and have less cost. Basically the story is that the seller convinces the buyer, this is not the right way to make a successful sales system. We have two parts that are important in every sale, we have the emotional and logical side of every human being on the planet. We often buy because of emotions but it can also be manipulation, when we combine logic and emotions then we have a moral sale. We know that people buy for emotional reasons, and to justify their purchases with logic, a moral sale is one that contains the needs and desires of the buyer. The point is not to use tricks and manipulation, salespeople are the most important link in the chain of success at all levels of business, if we have honourable systems and values ​​then we have an open road to great success. Sometimes we are forced to hide something from customers, to add some falsehoods because we need money, but this is not the right path that leads us to the throne of success. As a professional marketer, entrepreneur and educator I have created a number of sales strategies, scripts for talks and presentations, now I want to write you the essentials of successful sales.

Price is never a reason for a successful sale. Most companies base their sales on price, this is not the right solution to sell. Price is one of the last things on the customer list. Making a sale is not a question of money, in the end, it all comes down to whether the buyer is convinced that a particular product is a right choice. Most sales failures are due to unspoken remarks. If there is a difference in price compared to a competing product, the buyer wants to assure him that your product has advantages that are greater than the difference in price of the competitor and your company product.

A low price does not always mean a better deal, people want quality products and services, customers want results and fulfilled expectations, not a price. The question is not the price, the real question is whether there is trust in your product. You need to encourage the customer to want your product more than their money. You need to find what the buyer is trying to achieve and offer him a solution to his problem. If a customer can afford a product or service but does not buy it and constantly mentions money, it always means that there are other concerns that must be addressed. If he were fully convinced, the price would not be a problem.

Most sellers make the mistake of offering something at a lower price when the buyer objects to the price. It is a misconception that price is the reason why people do not buy. Instead of offering something cheaper, try offering it something more expensive, because when you offer something cheaper, you lower your value and thus let the customer know that you are not sure about the value of your product. Imagine wanting to buy a present for your wife for March 8, going to a gold jewellery store and asking for a necklace you liked. You hear the price and then you don't agree because you think it's expensive, you're right it's expensive from your perspective on that product.

Now usually the buyer is giving you some cheaper necklaces and again this is not your wish, you want to delight your wife for March 8th. I would ask you to tell me all about the wishes your wife has, then I would offer you the more expensive and the best option that your wife will be pleased with. Always sell expensive packages, never lower the price because customers think you are not sure about the value of the product you are selling. If a buyer agrees to consider another and more expensive - a better option, then I know that I am well on my way to hearing his questions and selling him what he wants.

The second sale is easier to achieve than the first. When the buyer agrees to buy the first product, it is good to immediately give him a second and better offer. Mostly we are taught that we should remain silent after the first sale, but in practice, it is much better to present another product or additional services to the buyer immediately with the first sale, so that he can get a bigger picture and with a little extra money to have a better package of services. For this principle you have proof in every place, people go to the store to buy one product and come back with full bags.

It is more important for marketers to have knowledge of people in the first place. It is more important for customers to see how much you care about them, the product always comes second. The honest sales are based on the understanding of the customers, their needs and want, the professional salesman is the right consultant. The point is to have good communication with customers, they need to be sure of our honest relationship. It is very important that you always agree with the buyer, it is not a point to be right, the point is to open the possibility of open communication, then the buyer is more willing to listen to your offer and advice.

Very interesting tips. I am a bad seller, was never able to work on anything that involved selling. As a college student, I worked on some selling gigs, but I was really bad at it. I want to think that it had to do with selling bad products and having to present them as high quality ones.
There were these bathroom rugs that i was supposed to sell as sturdy but when you pulled the fibers, even gently, they would stick to your fingers.
Selling involves some manipulation but it is better if at least the products being sold are good enough to make buyers happy.

Manipulation sales are not sales, this is where I make the difference in sales. Anyone can learn to sell, selling is about establishing a relationship with the customer in a moral way (to meet the client's needs and desires), we need to be consultants.
