3 A Sound Mind:
When your mind is sound, fear is nowhere to be found. You can train your mind to be sound. There is no gift of knowledge, only the discipline of study. You can train yourself to be sound in the mind by the things you allow yourself to do every day.
You are a leader as I have said earlier, so you need to have self-control and be disciplined. You cannot act anyhow. You cannot just do things without thoughts. So many bright minds have been ruined due to lack of self-control and discipline.
A life of self-discipline plans for the seed for the right outcome. You don’t wish to get to the top, but you have to work your way through it. Wishes don’t get things done, but acting gets things done. All the great people you see out there don’t wish, but they act and this is why you have to act it if you want to have self-control and be disciplined. It doesn’t work like magic or conferred on you overnight, but you have to act it.
As a leader, it is okay to fall but always learn from it. You don’t wish to have good children alone, but you also have to train them. In life, we create our outcomes. Often times we ask others to do for us what only common sense can solve. We all have one but most people always fail to use it. The lazy ones always find it tasking to engage their common sense. You can create your outcome by planting the seed of self-control or discipline. A life of self-control or discipline would chase away fears.

As said so many times. A true leader always seek some learning s from the number of failling they experienced. Fail ure is not end of life but finding out alternative way to do stuffs. A true leader always seek these failure as rang and move ahead with sound approach to get over all the thought of fearneas

A leader should always find a way. Failure is indeed not the end in life but most people would rather sit down at the foot of the mountain and cry than to get up and take steps. A leader knows the way, points the way and goes the way. A leader always takes responsibilities.
