We are humans and often times, our human tendencies always kick in and we show our flaws to everyone. We all have a thing we are dealing with and that is the truth. Just because you never had someone come openly to you to admit it doesn’t mean we don’t have a thing or two to deal with. I always say that you might be seated next to a broken person and you wouldn’t know it.
I watched season 5 and episode 16 of empire today and something resonated with me while watching it. Someone saw two male artists about to square up and he had to speak with them. He told them that whatever it is they are dealing with, they have to leave it buried; deal with it and still find a way to work together in spite of it because the audience also came to escape their troubles for a minute and they needed to be entertained and make it worth it. He further said the audience also has things they are dealing with and in spite of those troubles, they still came out. That struck me.
We might not know what the other person is dealing with but definitely, he or she also has something to deal with. The more we come to know humans, the more we come to admire a dog, hahaha, someone said that. The more we come to see humans; regardless of their positions and power, we get to see that flaw. No one is perfect and more so those we have come to respect.
As humans, we need to work on ourselves. We are all leaders. Many people have this erroneous idea that being a leader means those who are high up there. You can be a leader where you are. You don’t have to always take that front row, but the moment someone counts on you and someone’s well-being depends on you, I would say you should see yourself as one.

Totally agree with the last line up....leader will not be a single entity once he/ she started to lead. There are many entities who get associated with them.

Yes, leaders need to understand that a lot is at stake because many people will be looking up to leaders. We need to be strong and develop ourselves from within.
