After a pickleball session today, wasn't particularly hungry. So I took my time to take a train to Lorong 1 Toa Payoh and had this char siew rice which I had not had for a while. A good $3.50 place of rice. Black coffee for $1.20.

You should try this. It's kind of sweet roast meat.
Some place that sell these kind of char siew sauce marinade makes it easier.
