Wasted time in this building I went recently. Republic Plaza is one of the tallest building just outside the Raffles Place MRT train station. I went there to meet a recruiting on his request. He is quite new to the company. Yes, I did a search and then found he joint only in April (last month). I arrived 5 minutes early and the guy at the reception gave me something to read. On the piece of paper was tips for interview and they suggested you arrive 15 minutes before time when going for interview. Yet, the people who come to meet me was almost 15 minutes late. And there were 2 of them when I usually had one when I meet recruiters. I suspect this session is used as a training for the new guy. They asked me some questions and we chatted less than 15 minutes and I was out of there in about 30 minutes max. Damn, he could have asked me the questions over the phone. Wasted time and money to get to the Central Business Districts.
