Or not. There are some rides setup outside the Toa Payoh Library, Singapore. They are part of a pasar malam which means night market in Malay. Actually, the bazaar is actually are made up of stalls operating under temporary tentage setup and the stalls operates from late morning to late night. It hasn't started when I took this photo on Friday but started over the weekend and it has been raining quite a lot since. Should have some negative impact on the business.
