YouTube changes Partnership Program. Prevents us from Earning Revenue! Cuts our Revenue

YouTube Has Changed YPP Youtube partnership program and has stoped small channels from earning revenue.
The new Requirement is 1000 subscribers and 4,000 hours of watched content. This Hits our channels really bad and prevents my channel from earning any revenue.... Please hit that like button and Subscribe to my channel.
