Considerations
More power supplies yields greater cost in USB and 12-pin adapters to allow them to reach motherboard (+$60).
Miners with over 7 GPUs will need to run on linux. Windows 10 supports only 7 GPUs at one time.
More motherboards will necessitate a monitor which can hold multiple displays.
