Update on the GPU Miner・私のGPUマイナーのアップデート

Here is an update on the GPU miner writeup that I did last month. Now the miner has not 3 but 6 GPUs!!!
先月作って紹介したGPUマイナー のアップデートです！今は３台では無く、６台のGPUを乗せています！

Getting to this point was actually not easy. First, I had to get a new power supply to increase the total power supplied to the rig to 1500watt (750W+750W).
ここまで完成させるにずいぶん苦労しました。まず、新しい電源を購入しました。750W+750Wで合計1500Wを提供できます。

Also, the cable that I used to connect 2 powersupplies together.
２台の電源をつなげる為のケーブルです。

This is where I ran into a big problem. I already had extra PCI-e risers since I ordered 6 of them last time. But, one of them was bad and it ended up frying the motherboard! :(
ここで大きい問題が起きました！PCI-eのライザーカードは前回６個購入しましたのですが、一つが不良品で、マザーボードを焼いてしまいました！

So, I had to order a new motherboard and I had an issue getting it shipped on time as I complained in this post. Eventually the motherboard got to me and I finished installing it yesterday with new riser cards.
新しいマザーボードを購入しましたが、アメリカから送られるはずの物が中国から送られてしまって、時間がすごくかかってしまいました。先日やっと届いて新しいライザーカードと一緒にインストールしました。


After a few tries and some BIOS editing, I was able to start up the motherboard and identify 6 GPUs in the HiveOS.
BIOSの変更と数回のトライでHiveOS上６台認識をしました。

Atfirst, I was running the same overclock settings as before but it was causing unknown hangups in the GPUs so, I had to underclock the memory clock from 2175Mhz to 2150Mhz. It seems to solve the issue for now but with a cost of 0.2MH/s per GPU.
前回と同じクロックではクラッシュしていたので、メモリーのクロックを2175Mhzから2150Mhz まで下げました。このせいで一つのGPUにつきハッシュが0.2Mh/s落ちてしまいました。

Also, I almost forgot! I am now also mining Monero with the Intel Celeron G3930 CPU that is on the mining rig. It is not much at 41H/s but it adds up. No hardware goes wasted!
もう少しで忘れるところでした！今はマイナーに乗せているIntel Celeron G3930 を使ってモネロのマイニングもしています。41H/Sと大した事ありませんが足しに成ります。ハードウェアを無駄にしません！
