Wild world!
John, like every day, got up early to go to school.
He expected his mother to give him what he would take. Her mother, despite her work as a lawyer, did not have much time to dedicate to her son but she always prepared pancakes for him.
That day at the set time he went to the street where the school bus would pick him up. When he climbed, he sat next to his friend Mark, who dreamed of visiting distant countries. That day Mark brought a new novelty regarding the plans that his family had for the next holidays, because of the emotion he did not stop talking.
John's attention is that his friend would travel to another continent called Africa and visit the jungle near wild animals.
That day John, when he returned home, went straight to the library to investigate in an Atlas.
So with that information when his mother came back from work, the first thing he said was:
Mother, I've already chosen the place where we will spend our next vacation.
To which she replied:
Where will we go?
He immediately told her
Well, we'll go to Africa there, I'll know what the jungle is and I'll be close to wild animals.
She did not expect the child to express it so accurately that she immediately promised:
John, I like the idea, tomorrow I will go to the travel agency to make the reservations and in the summer we will know the wild world*.

Lovely story, @felixgarciap! You introduced some nice conflict here, which is an essential part of good fiction. The conflict I perceived was that little John's friend had an exciting place to travel to, and John had no plans. This creates some really good tension that makes the story interesting. We want to know how it will resolve. What will John do? Will his mother think he's crazy? The story conflict is resolved when he performs the research and presents this to his mother and she accepts his proposal. Well done!
