Dear friends

Now I participate again in the new challenge of @jayna.

This week I present a Micro-fiction for the writing contest with the key time. Thanks to the suggestion of @jayna I decided to write the continuation of the previous microhistory "desperate", in which Mary and John were traveling through the Caribbean Sea and came to an island to shelter from the storm.

The time!

That afternoon after docking on the beach, Mary and John, already exhausted from spending those hours in the storm, uncovered a bottle of champagne to cool off.

Encouraged she proceeded to prepare dinner. At that moment they remembered the times that both were in the pub where their romance arose.

She now after two years of marriage with John does not regret it. After they had finished dinner, they both leaned back and fell into a deep sleep.

At dawn the rays of the sun crept through the hatches, the beach with its golden sand invited them to share their spell.

They enjoyed the marine environment taking advantage of the charm of the beautiful scenery.

They ate fresh fish for breakfast, then walked the island's trails.

Time seemed to have stopped without the stress of the city.

Ecstatic at night watching the starry sky sang romantic songs in the light of a bonfire.

On the third day, they received a message that indicated that Mary should rejoin her job as secretary of the law firm.

John then quickly repaired some minor damage that the sailboat had suffered during the storm, once everything was in order they went home completing the trip smoothly.

Mary at work during lunchtime talked about the anecdotes and shared videos and photos of the trip with her coworkers.

They congratulated her because now she was valued more for having been so jealous when she took on the challenge of sailing with John over the Caribbean Sea.
