Goldmoney Inc. Announces Update of Distribution of Mene Inc. (TSXV:MENE)

Today Goldmoney (CA: XAU, US: XAUMF) updated its shareholders on the distrubtion of Mene shares they will receive. As a reminder, Mene recently spun out of Goldmoney and is currently trading on the TSX. (TSXV:MENE)

“Goldmoney will distribute to its shareholders on a pro rata basis 3.99 million Class B subordinate voting shares of Menē Inc. (the “Menē Shares”), a TSX Venture listed company (Symbol: MENE) or approximately 0.05195 of a Menē Share for each common share of Goldmoney held as of close of business on the record date.”

In simple terms, if you want to receive free Menē Shares, you must own Goldmoney shares at the date shown in the table:

Note that the date is in the future at the time of this posting.

The shares are payable on 12\7.
