5th Steemit Basketball Meetup | New Venue | Growing Bigger and Bigger

Hi Everyone!

Previously from our 1^st up to the 4^th meetups we held our basketball games at Bayswater’s covered basketball court and consistently between 09:00 up to 12:00 (GMT +8).

For this time around, we held the ball games at Villas Magallanes’ covered basketball court. From 18:00 to 21:00 (GMT +8). The court is good, and if I am going to rate the two basketball courts, I’d give 4 out of 5 for Villas Magallanes and 3.5 out of 5 for Bayswater. Many games were played. Some games played in less than 20 minutes, well, most of them like fast games and some of them had like the wooden court that Villas Magallanes had.


As for me, I played one game and would have been two but we found out that our time already is done and the staff of the basketball court would close the court and go home.


Well, this week’s basketball meetup, we were happy that one of our instructor in UCLM’s College of Engineering, our very own @thinkingmind, a Steemian and a fellow contributor in Utopian platform, doing tutorials on open source electronics softwares. We have discuss things in the community and played as teammates.


Also we had @japh in attendance, a ECE graduate soon to be a licensed Electronics and Communications Engineer, a fellow contributor in the Utopian platform doing tutorials especially in electronics projects, a Steemian, a math wizard and lastly, a fellow moderator of @steemph.cebu’s curation trail.


This time also I was so happy to see that we have our banner (shown in the picture below) for the Cebu Steemians Basketball which would be useful in our upcoming basketball league.
