Trump won by fewer votes than Romney had when he lost. If only a third of voters did actually turned out that proves my point. If only one third of the voters turned out this election, that makes it the lowest voter turnout since 1948:
The site you linked to times out when I try to click through their links, and claims CNN is adjusting the voting numbers... but if you actually click through Clinton is still winning the popular vote.
