ewq is a Utopian moderator who can get rewarded via Utopian(Thousands of Usds just like every other contributor) he refuses Utopian's payments, also he refuses to contribute via Utopian.io to get rewarded. We just prefer some content with some more meat on the bones if you catch my drift. Memes and Zappl is just a bit short. We prefer a more blog style approach. No offense to the style of your Steemit posts. =)
