Marvel Character : Dazzler
Alison Blaire is a daughter of a judge in which her parents wants him to finish law but he has a passion of singing. She perform on most musical activity are her school while she continue using her mutant powers to craft accessories and performing suit. She then decided to call herself "The Dazzler". She didn't proceed on what her parents want her to be instead she pursue his dreams in singing.Source here

She has the mutant ability of projecting light which she can manipuate this to become laser, photo blasts, destructive shield and ressurection.Aside from being a good at performing to shows, she is also good in hand to hand combat.Source here
