Todays training consisted of:

  • Warmup exercises
  • Partner drills with Thai pads and boxing mitts (punching & kicking combos)
  • Some rounds of sparring
  • Strength exercises (calisthenics & weight)
  • Grappling / ground fighting
  • Cooldown stretching
  • Laughter + fun + self introspection + self improvement
