Girl's day in Spa ~ #MarketFriday

It is time for a #MarketFriday carefully hosted by @dswigle, and after I have read morning Denise's post I recalled my Spa Day! It was on other Friday, and I was going to share it with you on that day but ... it was too good :)

Anyway, I can do it today, because (and here go the rules)

Anywhere or anything that you pay money for a service. I once went to a nail salon.

I accept the challenge, and it is Spa in Hyatt Regency Kyiv

I know, it sounds gorgeous, but slow down. The story begun in March, when my company presented certificates to SPA in Hayatt for all girls (or women?). There are 5 of us. We didn't use it in spring, and delayed, and changed the date, until June.

All of us were excited about upcoming event. And when HR-lady called them to ask about nominal value it turned out it is about $55-60 (converted from currency). Besides, their prices raised twice simce march. So, as you can guess, our choice wasn't too big. In fact, there was only 1 item for those money - Spa body exfoliants - procedure of 30 min duration. Fairly worth to go to spa salon, but it is Hyatt, and probably my only chance to go there, and all were already tuned on.

Okay, I am not sure how guests of Hyatt look like, but when we crossed its big parking by feet and came in, we did our best to look as decent good women. Not sure we success because a stuff man came to us when we waited for the elevator, and asked - "Up to the bar?" - "No, down in the spa!", we answered depicting outrage.

Rest room is a place, when you start. The stuff accompanied us here, set a comfortable temperature on climate control system, and left to make all preparation. Must admit, the stuff is very polite, and everything is very elegant.

Depends on the sum you are going to spent, you may found here Prosecco and snacks, or tea and lime water. But the pot with lime water is magical - the water in it never ends. It was a very hot day, but the secret is there are a door from the rest room into a small Private room, where (we found it later) there is a guy that can help you with everything, you need just to call.

Dim light, quiet good music. No hustle and bustle. It is a pity that there is no champagne, but we planned to fix it after the spa.

Then, masseuse came and ask one of us to follow her to the massage room. Honestly, it was the best massage in my life, although the most expensive. To compare, usual massage (and the lady come right to our office) cost about $9.5 for an hour. She is very good, but it is not spa. Anyway, this is how the room looks like. They had one million towels for me, different sizes and density.

The lady masseuse said: put off your cloth and get prepared, I will be waiting behind the door.

There is a closet for your cloths, but I never saw a special box for jewelry in there. My rings and earrings looks sooo small )))

The substance for massage must be of proper temperature. Not cold and not hot. It was just as my body, for more comfort (can it be more??).

In the end, she left me to relax and relax, to get dressed and again - "I'll be waiting behind the door". And she really was behind the door waiting for me to call her.

When I was escorted to the rest room, and while waiting for my friends, I asked myself - was it worth it? If you'd ask me before, I'd say - noway. But after... I think it worth it, once in the life ))

Once again I'd like to note that we'd take our chance when we get it, and don't hesitate or wait for double price.
