MAPX Token Weekly Profit Statement - 16 June 2019

This is the second Weekly Statement as MAPX was launched just 2 weeks ago. This will now include profits from rewards but I don't wish to confuse the progress made with too many figures. After about a month, I will start to include a token price graph so is easier to see visually the state of the token fund.

The headline figures are:

MAPX tokens active = 2499
SP in @MAP10K = 2455.31
Other STEEM = 19.12
Total STEEM = 2486.83
Total Rewards = 10.16
Fee = 1.016
Total STEEM carried down = 2485.81

MAPX Fair Value = 0.995 STEEM

I think this is a pretty good start given that quite a few tokens have been given out as bonuses or prizes. I shall adjust our market price on Steem Engine to reflect this Fair Value.

Please note that the income from rewards is about 0.41% of the STEEM held; this is equivalent to 21.3% APR. This is almost exactly the value of a full upvote on Steem. Although the fair value price has dropped slightly, the rewards income has grown enough to begin taking our modest management fee. In this early phase, such fees will be used to build up MAPX stake.

What the numbers show is that we are almost earning as much STEEM as is being given out in free and bonus MAPX tokens. This promotional period will end once we have completed our Tokenomix Contest. After that, the rewards will increase the price of MAPX.

Note that "Other STEEM" is the sum of all holdings not powered up as SP: liquid STEEM and SBD plus holdings within Steem Engine to maintain market liquidity. Also note that values are volatile, especially any holdings priced in US$, so the above numbers are a snapshot and may have changed when you look at the @MAP10K account.
