Account Management & Registration

1. Can I sign in with my Facebook or Google+ account?
   Yes! choose the account you want to sign in with.
   We won't post to your wall or share your personal information.

2. Can I earn credits on different devices using the same Facebook or Google+ sign-in?
   Yes you can! Make sure to sign in with the same Google+ account on the devices you use. However, you are limited to 5 devices signed in with the same Google+ account at any given time.

Apps

1. I downloaded an app but I didn't get my credits!
   First of all don't get disappointed - Keep it up! you can always try again!
   Here are a few different reasons that might fit here:
   You didn't download the app through 'Make REAL Money' Offers.
   You haven't spent enough time playing the app after downloading it. Some offers require users to spend some time playing with the app.
   You have downloaded the app already. You won't be rewarded again for reinstalling the same app you have downloaded before on the same device.
   Some offers may require you to register, reach a certain level or play with the app for certain amount of time. Make sure to read the offer descriptions carefully.
   Some offers can't be done with WIFI or 2G/3G/4G - check if there are no restrictions for this offer
   Still there is no payment?
   Please send us email with the name of the offer and screenshot while it's opened whether its an app or a game and we will try to solve this issue.

1. Some of the apps I downloaded cannot run on my device! How do I get my credits?
   We are trying to do our best and not to show offers which are not compatible with all device.
   If you still have, we are very sorry you are having difficulty! Some apps might not be compatible with all devices. If the app cannot run on your device, unfortunately you won't get credits.

Rewards & Gift Cards

1. How to earn free gift cards and cash rewards?
   Once you have enough credits, you can go to 'Payout' tab and choose the gift card/cash reward you want to exchange your credits for. For security reasons, it can take up to 48 hours to process your gift redemption.
   Meanwhile, we just have an option to withdraw your money with real cash or gift cards.
   We hope will will support another payment methods in the near future.

2. I don't find the kind of my favourite reward
   If there are any rewards or gift cards you would like to see in Make REAL money, feel free to email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to add it.

3. Can I get a credit refund for unused gift cards?
   Unfortunately there is no refund for gift cards that have already been redeemed.

Restrictions

1. Can I use VPN?
   NO! using VPN, proxy or any others which allow illegal access to 'Make REAL Money' is strictly prohibited.
   You may get banned and your credits will be forfeited.

2. Can I open more than one account on my device?
   NO! Using multiple IDs with one device and/or using multiple devices with one ID is strictly prohibited.
   IMEI Changers and other ID emulators will get you banned permanently.

Sharing & Social Media

1. How to invite friends in order to earn free credits?
   Share your Referral Code with your friends via Facebook/ Twitter/ Email/ SMS etc...
   Your friends download 'Make REAL Money' Rewards app and sign up.
   Make sure your friends sign in with verified accounts with their mobile device.
   Once the invitation process is completed, you will receive credits.
   First, you will receive $0.20 by referring your first friend.

2. I shared 'Make REAL Money' Rewards via Facebook/ Twitter/ SMS/ Email but I didn't get my credits!
   Sharing is just the first step. Your friends must sign up with verified accounts with their mobile device and complete the invitation process. Once it's completed, you should receive your credits.

Miscellaneous

1. How to transfer my credits to a new device or if I upgrade my platform?
   Make sure your old device is linked to your Google+ account so that you will see your credits on your new device as long as it's linked to the same Google+ account.

2. When will you add new apps to 'Make REAL Money' Rewards? I want to earn more money!

3. I can't find the reward or gift card that I want.

Troubleshooting

1. The app is loading very slowly.
   We recommend using 'Make REAL Money' Rewards over WiFi connection. There may be latency issues if you use it over a slower 3G or 4G connection.

2. I saw a cool app with lots of credits but now I can't find it. Help!
   Some offers are available for a limited time, so when you see a great offer, don't wait until it's too late!
