MACROPHOTOGRAPHY - LAND SNAIL
These creatures have always impressed me!
Most of the snails that i have encountered in life have been water dwellers, so finding snails on land always seemed interesting to me. Down here in Arkansas, we often find these little guys, and now with the weather warming up, we are starting to see them again this year. I tried to get some good shots of one yesterday, so here are the results.

Great macro photography @papa-pepper. Snails are pretty cool. We have a plethora of snails on Guam. We have huge Japanese land snails that were brought here during the WWII Japanese occupation. They used them for food. We also have super deadly cone shell snails in the territorial waters. One hit with their harpoon and your a goner...
That light reflection onto the snail shell makes the whole concept too beautiful. Lovely.
very cool pictures, I love watching those guys crawling around in the woods. But they had better stay out of my garden! Could you help me help some less fortunate people help themselves?

photography is awesome. i also like snail but i never seen them for last couple of years . i remember last time seen them in my home garden.

I'm sure you washed your hands. Many snails are public health threats so please be careful around them.

Land snail is called "isawuru" in my local dialect. Nice macrophotography. Have you ever eaten a snail? Snail is delicious
