That's very cool, although it makes you wonder why it would be public if it would really work ;)
Perhaps they are short of compute power, they could launch it as a BOINC project in docker and use Gridcoin to incentivise people to crunch the numbers
Well, does it actually "work", most exchanges take a 0.15-0.25% fee. A trade from buy to sell cost you 0.3-0.5% - with a average return of 0.0234% you are losing money with every trade. The exchange commision fee makes this kind of HFT unfeasible in crypto + This was even in a uphill market.
