Renegades Love It or Shove It
When @lovenfreedom nominated me to participate in the Love it or Shove it Challenge I jumped at the opportunity. I really enjoy participating in the various Steemit contests and challenges and I thought I could bring my own particular flare, or lack thereof, to this one.
The Love it or shove it Challenge was originally started by @snowpea in this post as a way to get to know fellow Steemians. You may want to check it out and learn a bit more about her.

With that out of the way on to my lists!
Love It
- Good Friends and Family - I'm very blessed to have the people I do in my life.
- History - Not the stuff they taught you in school, the real stuff, the things that make you go hmm...
- Truth - The truth won't set you free but maybe it will set your mind free!
- Nature - The complexity and the interconnectedness is amazing. If you care to listen, it has things to tell you.
- Lifting Heavy Things - I pick things up, and then I put them down! I haven't done much of this lately but, once upon a time it was a big part of my life.
Shove It
Federal Government - These weenies actually think that it is OK for them to use violence to force you to do things.
Provincial Government - The same for these guys!
Municipal Government - Are you noticing a trend yet?
Central Banksters - Biggest racket ever...

Thanks! I was surprised to see lifting heavy things make it to the list :) I think I can relate to it... I keep lifting heavy babies many times! I do enjoy it.
Shove it is definitely a shared list. 100%
Actually the back story on that is that I used to do power lifting competitively. Haven't really had time to do much training even since our twins were born!
Whoa! Well, you can power lift the twins then. They're going to get heavier hahaha.
But wow! Powerlifting! Now I can't relate to it :D
You and my dad are so alike he agrees with both of your list 100 percent. He now uses our tractor to do all the "Heavy Lifting".

It is very challenging actually, because not easy for many people to say what they actually do not like and what they like with the reason. it seem easy but when you try to think more you will realize that it is not easy. good luck my friend @canadianrenegade
